Suddenly, but peacefully in her sleep at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Monday 11th May 2026, Jacqueline McKay Laverton (Jackie), aged 63 years. Dearly loved and cherished wife of Stewart George Wood. A much loved and loving mum of Scott and Craig, a very dear mother-in-law to Giovanna and such a proud and devoted grandma of Alfie, Brodie, Luca and Francesca. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service of Thanksgiving for Jackie’s life to be held in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Thursday 21st May at 11 am to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery. No callers and no flowers please, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the Hall door for chosen charities. Dress code smart but casual.
