RITCHIE (Hatton/New Deer)

Very peacefully in the tender loving care at the home of his daughter Shonah and son-in-law Graham, on Monday 22nd June 2026, Alexander (Sandy) Ritchie BEM, aged 96 years, Retired Master Joiner and Funeral Undertaker. Dearly loved and cherished husband of the late Atholene, a much-loved and loving dad of Shonah and the late Morag, a respected and loved father-in-law to Graham, a devoted granda of Niall and Sandy, Vikki and Simone, and a much-loved great-granda to Logan, Isla, Eve, Cory and Ashton. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service of Thanksgiving for Sandy’s long and happy life to be held in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Tuesday 30th June at 12.30 p.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Culsh Cemetery, New Deer. Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the hall door for New Deer Community Association.
