RAFFERTY (Crimond)

Peacefully, after a long illness, at Fraserburgh Hospital on Tuesday October 7th 2025, Beatrice (Beats) Rafferty (Jaffray) aged 82 years. Loving partner of the late Bill Cheyne, a dearly loved and treasured mam of Derek and Elaine, a respected mother-in-law of Pauline and Kevin, stepmam to Michael Cheyne, stepmother-in-law to Allison, a dear Godmother to Jennifer and a much loved aunt and great-aunt. Very sadly and sorely missed. A celebration for Beatrice’s life will be held in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Friday 17th October at 10.00a.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Lonmay Cemetery. Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the hall door for Philorth Ward, Fraserburgh Hospital.
