MUNRO (Blackhills/Peterhead)

Very suddenly at her home, on Tuesday 2nd December 2025, Virginia Munro (Strachan) aged 56 years, employee of Home Bargains and P&J Johnstone, Peterhead. Dearly loved and cherished wife of Adrian Munro, a much loved and loving mum of Louise, respected by Louise’s partner Ian, a devoted nanny to Carly, lovingly known to Abbie and Sophie as Virginia, loving daughter of the late Rosemary and Andrew Strachan, a dear daughter-in-law to Johnnie and Isobel Munro, a much loved and loving sister to Rosie, Maggie, Coral, Andy, Eddie, Claire, Bruce, Scotty and Dawn, sister-in-law, auntie, great-auntie, great-great-auntie and friend to many. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service of Thanksgiving for her life to be held in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Friday 19th December at 12.30p.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery. No callers and no flowers please, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the Hall door for chosen charities.
