MORTIMER (Peterhead)

Suddenly, after a very short illness, surrounded by the tender loving care of his family by his bedside, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Monday 8th September 2025, Michael Mortimer (Midgie/Mike), aged 62 years, Storeman Technician, NESCOL, Fraserburgh. Dearly loved and cherished husband of Elizabeth Ann Fraser, a much loved and loving dad to Kimberley and Ryan, a dear father-in-law of Michael and Rob, a proud and devoted granda to his faithful furry companion Reuben, a treasured 2nd elder son to Bob and Gladys, a special brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, nephew and cousin and a respected work colleague and friend to many. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service of thanksgiving for Michael’s life to be held in the Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Friday 19th September at 1.30pm to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the hall door for chosen charities.
