LIVINGSTON (Peterhead/Longside)

Reluctantly, and typically thrawn, Hugh played his final round on Saturday 22nd June, 2024, aged 84 years. Despite challenging conditions and a tough back 9 into the wind, Hugh reached the 19th hole surrounded by his family and in the tender care of the staff at Roxburghe House, Aberdeen. He will be sorely missed by his loving wife Margaret, and his devoted daughters Susan and Monica. Hugh was a much loved and respected father-in-law to Brian and David, and a fun-loving and doting Grandad to Arron, Cameron, Shona and Euan and their respective wives Aishling and Rachel, fiancé Kenneth and partner Beth. Celebration for Hugh’s life to be held in Baldarroch Crematorium, Crathes on Wednesday 3rd July at 1.00 p.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited. No callers or flowers please but donations in lieu of flowers if so desired, for Friends of Roxburghe House.
