HORNE (Peterhead)

Peacefully after a hard fought battle, with his sons and family by his side, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Sunday 8th June 2025, William John Horne (Willie), aged 67 years (retired offshore logistics). A much loved and loving dad of Michael and Russell, a proud and devoted grandad to Sophie and Emily, a dear brother of Lena and John and a dearly loved uncle of Behnam, Molly and William. Very sadly and sorely missed. A celebration for his life will be held in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Thursday 19th June at 11.00a.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Oldmeldrum Cemetery. Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the hall door for the Scottish Air Ambulance and U.K. Asthma. Please dress casually.
