GREIG (Lonmay/Strichen)

Peacefully, with his wife by his side, at Roxburghe House, Aberdeen, on Monday 20th October 2025, Alastair Smith Greig aged 64 years. Dearly loved and cherished husband of Denise, a much loved and loving dad of James and Emma, a dear father-in-law of Lauren and Aidan, a proud and devoted granda of Mya, Jenson and Poppy, a loving brother of Sandy, Jean and the late Bill and Mary, a dear son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service of Thanksgiving for Alastair’s life to be held in Mormond West Parish Church (formerly Strichen Parish Church) on Tuesday 4th November at 12 noon to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Cremation thereafter private. Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the Church door for Friends of Roxburghe House, Grampian. Please, if you can, wear a touch of green in Alastair’s memory.
