GOWANS (Peterhead)

Peacefully at Kirkburn Court Care Home, Peterhead, with family by her side, on Wednesday 26th August 2026, Annie Brown, aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late David Gowans, a much loved and loving ma of William, respected mother-in-law of Janette, proud and devoted grandma of Sarah and Jemma, big grandma of Jake, Josh, Caleb and Noah and a dear sister, sister-in-law and auntie. Very sadly and sorely missed. A celebration for Annie’s life will be held in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Friday 4th September at 10.30 a.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery. No callers please. Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the hall door for chosen charities.
