FORBES (Fraserburgh/Peterhead)

Peacefully, at home with family by his side, on Sunday 16th August 2026, Walter Forbes aged 84 years. Dearly loved husband of Margaret, a much-loved and loving dad of Walter, Margaret and Lindsey, a dear father-in-law to Diane, a proud and devoted granda of David, Michael and Orin, a loving brother and a good friend to many. Very sadly missed. Service of Thanksgiving for Walter’s life to be held in the United Reformed Church, Mid Street, Fraserburgh on Wednesday 26th August at 11 a.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery, Peterhead. Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the church door for Dementia Research.
