DOWNIE (Peterhead)

Peacefully passed into the presence of her Lord and Saviour, at Summerhill Eventide Home, Aberdeen, on Wednesday 22nd April 2026, Ella Imlach Downie aged 103 years. Sister of the late Christian Buchan and Robert Downie and dear sister-in-law of Margaret, a much-loved and loving aunt, great-aunt, great-great-aunt and a very dear friend to many. Service in Peterhead Baptist Church, King Street, Peterhead on Tuesday 5th May at 11 a.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Balmoor Cemetery. No flowers please, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the Church door for Summerhill Eventide Home, in appreciation of the love and care given to Ella.
