BUCHAN (Peterhead)

Very peacefully passed into the presence of his Lord and Saviour, at his home, in the tender loving care of his devoted wife and family by his bedside, on Monday 15th September 2025, Arthur Pirie Buchan aged 81 years (Arthur Jackson). Dearly loved husband of Ruth Strachan Buchan, a much loved and loving dad of Mark, Stephen and Martin, a respected father-in-law of Fiona, Caroline and Kerry, a proud and devoted granda of Ross, Jamie, Amy, Thomas and Poppy, a very dear brother to Isobel and a very special uncle. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service of Thanksgiving for Arthur’s life to be held in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Saturday 20th September at 10.30 a.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery. Family and friends welcome at his home. No flowers please. Called Home.
