STRACHAN (Peterhead)

Peacefully at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, with family by his side, on Saturday 31st January 2026, George Strachan, aged 87 years. Dearly loved and cherished husband of Nancy Thomson, a much loved and loving father of Jane and Neil, a respected father-in-law of Michael and Jen and a proud and devoted grandfather of Joe, Daisy, Alex and Sam. Very sadly and sorely missed. A celebration for George’s life will be held in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Tuesday 17th February at 12.30p.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery. No callers or flowers please.
