Mariane, Jenny, Maggie and Ellie wish to return their sincere appreciation to all relatives, friends, neighbours and crew members who have extended their sympathy, love and care during their time of immense sadness which Robert’s passing has caused them. Thanking all who have expressed their sympathy by way of cards, letters, telephone calls, the comforting messages on social media, the flowers sent to the house and for the practical acts of kindness. Grateful thanks must go to Dr Bruce Strachan for all his care and support during this time and over the years. Thanks also to Mr Robert Mackie, a personal family friend, for his guidance, visitations and immense support and for such a comforting service. Also, to his staff for their kindness & professionalism. To the Buchan Braes for the lovely refreshments. Finally, to all who paid their last respects in The Almanythie Hall and donated so generously to chosen charities in lieu of flowers.
