Lena, Dougie and family would like to return their thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy extended to them during their recent sad loss of John (Jake), a much-loved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and former shipmate. Grateful thanks must go to the paramedics who attended at John’s home and doctors and staff at the Stroke Unit, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for their care and support. Thanks also to Rev. James McMillan for his very comforting words both in the hall and at the graveside and to all who paid their last respects and donated towards the Stoke Unit at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
