Margaret, Walter, Margaret, Lindsey and families would like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy extended to them during the recent sad loss of Walter a much-loved husband, dad, father-in-law, granda, brother, uncle and friend. Grateful thanks for all the lovely cards, flowers and home baking we received over the last few weeks. Special thanks to the OTs and the carers who looked after Walter with such care and compassion, to Sunflowers for the most beautiful floral tributes. Special thank you to Robert Mackie for his comforting words at the church and graveside and to his team who carried out their duties with care and respect for the families wishes. Thank you to Pauline Buchan for the lovely music she played and to Alex Sinclair who made all the necessary arrangements at the church. Thank you also to the Palace Hotel for the lovely teas. Finally, to everyone who came to pay their last respects at the church and graveside and donated £1000 towards Dementia Research. Walter will be missed by all who knew him.
